NEEDS YOUR HELP! 

TAKE has served our community, operating from the Neveln Center, for almost 30 years as a safe and welcoming space to help local families in need. TAKE relies solely on donations from the community to stock our “store” with gently used and new clothing and household items, which are then given away free to families in need. No proof of income or other personal questions are asked of our shoppers–we are simply here to serve this important, but often hidden, need in our community.

TAKE is totally volunteer run, from top to bottom! We have no paid staff or board members. TAKE has been notified by their landlord that their lease will not be renewed  due to expansion of the landlord’s business. TAKE has found a new location and we need your help at this critical time as we purchase a building and relocate!

We took a huge leap of faith in the community’s financial support for a major change in TAKE’s operation!  By purchasing a building, TAKE’s monthly costs were much lower than if they leased space.  But TAKE still needs  your ongoing support to keep their doors open and continue to serve the most vulnerable in our community.
